Capitol Reserve Coins accepts returns within 30 days after delivery for eligible items.

To qualify, products must:

• Be unused and in original condition.
• Remain in original packaging or protective holders.
• Include certificates and accompanying documentation.
• Include proof of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For quality assurance, Capitol Reserve Coins cannot accept returns for:

• Opened sealed coin packaging.
• Damaged or altered collectibles.
• Customized products.
• Clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact Capitol Reserve Coins within 7 days.

Please include:

• Order number.
• Clear product photographs.
• Packaging photos if applicable.

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by an error made by Capitol Reserve Coins, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
